Warranty All of our products come with a 3-month warranty. The start date of the 3-month warranty begins on the date of purchase. If customer finds any damage or defective on our products, we will compensate the customer’s inconvenience with free replacement or refund. Return & Exchange Policy Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days from delivery date. In order to return an item, you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No return package will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 25% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law). There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products. To Return Your Order: Your return must include the following or it will be rejected by our warehouse and returned back to you: Original packaging, Original shipping label / packing slip, All accessories, Manuals, warranty registration, etc., Unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the correct product. To Exchange Your Order: If the merchandise is returned on time, in like-new condition, and conforms with the returns policy, then a replacement order will be prepared and shipped, OR the purchase price excluding shipping will be refunded to your PayPal account. All return items must be brand new condition and RMA number issue by our company which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging. We will be responsible for pre-paid return shipping label if the item is damaged, broken or wrong item. And you can take the item to the UPS/USPS drop off location to return the item to us.
